      Pros

      Lots of listed internal opportunities. Remote work is nice Flexibility to hop from client to client.

      Cons

      Consulting company means your leadership is disconnected from your everyday work. The value you deliver is overlooked. Your annual salary is below average and barely keeps up with inflation. There are lots of opportunities listed on internal job board but also lots of competition by other consultants.
