      Short Term Incentive Bonus paid annually, flexibility of hybrid working at home and in the office, insurance discounts and the company culture.

      Salary is low and when compared to other general insurers salaries offered.

      Great working environment. Too Bad it was bought out and closed.

      A couple of bad managers that did not support staff.

      CGU had some good people working for it but they were often micro-managed resulting in less than stellar performance.

      Cons

      Micro-managment by Home Office middle managment.
