      Pros

      some of the people (1 in 3, or at best: 1 in 2) are nice and competent. They tend to leave and what stays behind are the incompetent and the backstabbing

      Cons

      incompetent professors, bullying professors, infighting within labs and between labs, backstabbing and bullying in great supply here. Zero accountability so bullies keep on bullying. Professors are the ones in charge so as long as everyone sucks up to them all problems go unaddressed!

      flexible working environment. colleagues are very friendly. works are meaningful and rewarding considering you are helping children to get better life. they provided opportunities for personal growth.

      Cons

      lacks diversity. almost 100% white people. need to bringing people from other ethnicity and cultural background. salary is only mediocre.
