      Pros

      Fully remote work is possible. Some health insurance, and English courses. Salary was generally paid in time, except for a few month period during 2024.

      Cons

      Low salary with rare and low raises. Selling you to clients as a more experienced developer than you are. Not great work-life balance. Company is becoming too much into AI, same sentiment is unspokenly expected from employees.

      Pros

      A great constantly evolving company, recommend it for any business, be it startups or big businesses looking for modern software solutions. The people I had to work with were really professional and qualified in their field, it was a joy to work together and it brought certain results in a very short time.
