      Pros

      Good people to work with. They almost always have plenty of overtime work andYou kind of make your own hours,with in reason. Friendly environment and good working conditions. Pay scale is with in reason.

      Cons

      Management is very unorganized and seem to always be changing there job titles. Blue prints are sometimes extremely vague and designed without the thought of building the job. Scheduling of jobs seems to be done by picking names out of hat!

      There are too many cons to mention because it is a family-owned company, small-minded with no vision. They only listen to family members who lack outside business experience, which translates to a myopic approach to all aspects of their operation. Some of these family members have major honesty issues, going so far as to deceive customers and employees deliberately.
