      Flexible wfh policy. Minimal micromanagement.

      Cons

      Different departments are held to vastly different standards. Operations manager is HR and has no experience with operations. Need to always have emails or docs to cover your butt.

      Starting pay is good, laid-back work culture, good coworkers. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Blatant favoritism for younger, newer, employees. Disorganized training. Up and down workload.
