      Pros

      My sense is that I've fallen on my feet at CIPS. They're uniformly friendly and professional, always willing to share advice and incredibly tolerant of a new starter's mistakes. And while I'm new to a very technically exacting profession, I'm being given time and space to grow and learn.

Closed leadership mindset: challenging unfair practices leads to being side-lined. People seen as expendable: decisions prioritise optics and cost over retaining talent. Toxic culture
