      Pros

      CIPS is a brilliant place to work. The organisation does so much good in the world. I've never worked somewhere with such friendly, supportive people.

      Cons

      Depending on your role there can be limited progression. The office-space in Easton on the Hill isn't fantastic, and we've pretty much outgrown it.

      Pros

      My sense is that I've fallen on my feet at CIPS. They're uniformly friendly and professional, always willing to share advice and incredibly tolerant of a new starter's mistakes. And while I'm new to a very technically exacting profession, I'm being given time and space to grow and learn.

      None that suggest themselves right now.
