      Nice people to work with and personally was trusted with a lot of decisions without supervision.

      Cons

      Poor business systems which causes a lot of manual processing and manual tracking. Key staff members do not understand the business or their role

      Pros

      My sense is that I've fallen on my feet at CIPS. They're uniformly friendly and professional, always willing to share advice and incredibly tolerant of a new starter's mistakes. And while I'm new to a very technically exacting profession, I'm being given time and space to grow and learn.
