      Work culture, people are really helpful, no work pressure ,flexible timings , week offs and everyone is young and can understand how to treat employees

      All round experience as we not only have sales profile but cross-functional exposure where we used to interact with IT team and Content development team on regular basis. Also, we used to get direct mentoring from the senior leadership team- CEO/Director/COO All round development They have started sports activities like badminton which you can play in the evening time with peers
