      Great company. Care for its workers. Gives you every opportunity to succeed. Great benefits and great training. Makes sure you know the product

      Cons

      It's sales. Cutthroat at times. Top salespeople will always get the benefit of the doubt. Stealing customers is a problem in the bigger stores.
