Pros
Growing company with good growth potential for employees. Lots of promotions from within so most managers were salespeople with the company. Good, positive culture throughout company. Fair pay with no draw against commission and a $20 per hour guarantee.
Cons
Can be hi-pressure to hit goals. Very strict on attendance. For example, you can be written up for being one minute late. Health insurance isn’t great.
