I have always worked in Hospitality. I have managed many concepts for over 40 years. This is the 1st time I have flexibility to certain Holidays off. It’s nice to be with family during special events or Holidays. Average work week is only 45 hrs, by choice.
Good for someone who wants to move up the ranks quickly. Big opportunities with growth of the company.
Cons
Still have to work weekends, which really doesn’t matter to me. I never had weekends off before anyway.
