The company does an outstanding job acknowledging, celebrating and appreciating their employees for a job well done, City Furniture encourage feedback and suggestions and wants to hear from everyone at the company!! They have a lot of young talent and leadership which brings a modern and fresh outlook, it's balanced with the history and longevity of a stable family business
