Pleasant staff and group to collaborate with!

I wish I could’ve worked in the field/actual office space more often. I prefer to not work at home

I have been working at CKL Engineers, LLC full time for over a year. I like that its small - mainly because the company creates opportunity for employees to participate in activities that larger companies may not allow you access to. Management cares about what you think, which is great! You get to work on challenging infrastructure projects non-typical of a smaller company. Company sponsors certifications and training. The opportunity to become a manager is great if you can prove trustworthy and respectable. It's easy to contribute because management stresses the importance of participation and inclusion. Did I say the pay is extremely good? The work environment is peaceful and is in a great neighborhood. Concerned about employees.

Everybody pulls their weight. A few former employees that were not a good fit for the company got let go. The moral got instantly better. Need to hire more people, though, as the company is in a growing stage. However, I'm thankful, because I needed a position that respected me as an individual, and the owner supports my ideas.
