Pros

Clara is at the forefront of building the future of insurance using AI. Very collaborative and interdisciplinary environment where you get to learn rapidly as you build and innovate! Very flexible and helpful people!

Cons

Like any startup, pay is not the highest. But the process/experience makes it totally worth it!!

Pros

As a new grad, I feel fortunate to have landed a job at this company. The leadership structure here is very flat, which makes for a very friendly and supportive team culture. The team has been very patient in teaching me, and I've learned so many things in my time here. One thing that really stands out to me is the way that the company encourages a creative perspective and really empowers employees to show their strengths and ideas. It can be a fast-paced environment, but as a new grad, I feel that this is a great opportunity for me to learn and grow my skills. The company's commitment to diversity is truly admirable, and I feel like my colleagues and I are all able to bring our unique perspectives to the table. I appreciate that there is policy support for diversity and inclusion, and that there is a real effort to make sure that everyone feels welcome and included. Overall, I feel like this company is a great place to work, and I'm excited to see where my career here will take me.

Cons

The fast-paced environment can be exciting, but it may not be the right fit for everyone. Some employees may feel overwhelmed or stressed by the pace of work.

Pros

Fully Remote Most of the people doing the actual work are competent and efficient

Cons

Terrible leadership, inexplicable decision making, no communication, secrets among a company of only 50, unexplained layoffs and firings, ADD style project and product management (what's the next shiny object), product doesn't actually work well so can't hold onto any clients.
