Cons
Horrible schedule and zero work-life balance. No adequate training on operational processes for external hires into leadership positions. No support from regional partners during onboading and training. Senior leadership has no regard for any achievements or metrics other than new enrollments. Salaried leaders are absolutely treated as though they are disposable at any time. Complete lack of empathy from senior leadership. Horrible work environment and culture. Will replace you at their whim with no notice- even if you have no disciplinary action or performance improvement plans. No team building whatsoever. Company started off great but after the restructure went downhill fast. Senior leadership is now ruthless and cold. Would not recommend if you're looking for a mid-level or senior management position.
