Pros

There are no pros to working for Clear

Cons

New leadership at IAD is very unprofessional and childish. Employees as well as other airport workers are being bribed with food in an attempt to win them over. Employees were told that the budget was tight and hours needed to be cut but yet the new management is out buying breakfast and snacks for people who do not even work for the company using Clear money. It has gotten to the point where TSA officers are asking the people inside verification what is the end goal of this constant bribery. Employees are afraid of losing their jobs because of this nonsense. One minute we are being talked to and treated like dogs then the next minute being asked if we need anything and receiving compliments.

Pros

There is a great culture and great team at CLEAR.

Cons

Work-Life balance gets worse as you get promoted, though this is typical anywhere.

Pros

I've had a very positive experience here, largely because of the people. I genuinely enjoy working with my manager and team—they're supportive, collaborative, and incredibly talented. There's a high degree of autonomy and trust, I'm empowered to make decisions, take ownership of my work, and have a real impact on the business. CLEAR moves quickly, which creates opportunities to tackle challenges and see ideas come to life. While there are always complex problems to solve, I've consistently felt like I have the resources, support, and cross-functional partnership needed to be successful. I've also really valued the in-office culture. Being together in person has helped me build relationships across teams that likely wouldn't have developed in a fully remote environment.

Cons

The pace can be fast, which isn't for everyone. Priorities can shift as the business evolves, so flexibility and adaptability are important.
