Pros
Great opportunity to make good money if you’re motivated. It’s an easy job. Great team and culture. Management is good. Open door policy. Management is very understanding. Commission and Base pay.
Cons
Everyday is not the same. Some days you can make good sales and some days you may not. The company has went through a lot of changes in the last few months and commission was reduced (doesn’t happen often but came as a shock). Feels like the company is not in favor of the employees anymore. More online marketing taking away opportunity from employees. Base pay could be higher.
