      Pros

      Fast placements to client companies. good to have something until you find a better job.

      Cons

      Too eager to get the projects overlooking the mismatches between clients' requirement and your profile. Not very clear dealing: doesn't tell you about forced vacations for consultants in Sweden, Zero support in relocation, low salaries, If there is delay in assignment from client side, they make you owe those number of hours. Don't expect even a lunch
