Pros

I was associated with Clirnet for one year and broadly speaking, Clirnet has gifted me some genuine connections and has helped me to learn a lot from my fellow seniors. During the early days, the work culture at Clirnet was something that people would dream of..however, the entire scenario changed with the arrival of the new manager.

Cons

1. Never trust anyone here. Never, not even your manager and HR. Be aware even your manager can be a gamer at the end. 2. Make sure that you keep things documented and simply do not rely on your manager's words because your manager will convince you in every way possible but he/she will emerge out to be a game changer in every aspect. 3. There is absolutely no work life balance specially due to the amazing HR team who never finds the right candidate to put in place. There is always MANPOWER SHORTAGE. 4. You will never get any kind of appreciation from the higher management no matter whatever you do and how much you do. Importantly, you need to stay back in the office even after the working hours to GET NOTICED in every possible way. 5. The company has an ideology that employees directly connected with the revenue process would get the expected hike and necessary emoluments and those not directly connected would never get the expected hike.

Pros

The only positive aspect is receiving your salary on time.

Cons

The work environment is extremely toxic—far beyond what anyone should expect or tolerate. Managers treat employees like personal servants rather than professionals. Client reporting is intentionally misleading, filled with inaccurate data solely aimed at deceiving clients for profit. Forget weekends—working on Saturdays and Sundays is the norm. There’s no respect for personal time or any concept of work-life balance. Health concerns are completely ignored. Even if you're sick, you're expected to work from home without exception. Management exerts relentless pressure on employees, grilling them until they break just to meet unrealistic demands. Employees are pushed to write fake positive reviews on Glassdoor in exchange for incentives. If you see a glowing review, chances are it's paid or fabricated.
