Needs Direction - Operations Manager CMC Employee Review

Unprofessional leadership or I should say person in position lacked any skill to lead a team. No accountability. Fear based leadership. Micro management. Most of the employees just used the day to socialize, then when work was done, it was late, unorganized and a complete failure filled with excuses and blame games, and ignorance. Location in worst part of town. Most "customers" on drugs, drunk, and selling stolen material.
