Management uses buddy system, no margin for advancement for hourly unless your someone’s buddy. Have a habit of refusing time bank and vacation. Attendance points are counted even for emergency situations, just not a great place to work. Also have a habit of looking away or asking people to circumvent safety policy in the name of production.
