Pros
There are no pros..you can literally work here for 6+ years and never get a raise. Its a dead end job for anyone. If you like to bring your own coffee to work and the idea of a "free meal" is hot dog day, have some self respect and just dont apply. Don't waste your time, trader joes pays more and will treat you better.
Cons
HR is a complete joke here. When I mean joke, I actually mean extremely incompetent. Be very careful and record and rotate everything they say/do to you. Someone will get a big payday settlement from these guys, is it you?
