Few Sunday are off. If you are too lucky they may allow you to go on holiday over long weekends.
Cons
This can run into multiple pages but highlighting only top ones: 1) Top Management(TM) runs on whims and fancies 2)TM doesnt like to interact with normal folks as they stay high above in their ivory towers 3)There's just too much off sycophancy; if like me you dont believe in this ; trust me you are better off staying at home than working here 4)Your managers are always right; you will be shown the door otherwise; HR only accepts what business says ; they follow orders ; but cant use their intellect 5)Appraisals- I have been working for 2 years- pending; delayed appraisals with no arrears 6)You will be ordered to work on Sat and Sun and will be reprimanded if by any chance they see you partying on Facebook 7)During office hours if you step down for tea/coffee they will complain to HR I hope the above helps you to make your choice. Make CMS as you company only if career is secondary for you
