      Was a good environment when I started.

      Cons

      As time progressed management expected more and more with last staff. We were always the ones to blame, not the higher and higher volume with less staff.

      The supervisor is trying to make improvements. The only pro.

      Cons

      Understaffed and refuse to hire more, as an employee you are used and abused. Higher management only cares about cutting costs and has no care for the well being of the employees. Health complaints are ignored. Incredibly high stress no matter what shift you work.
