Get to work on lot of different technologies, security domain being challenging in nature the work is always challenging here. We still had work life balance and could do other things.

Not that i remember as such, there are people who think the work is difficult but that is what brings best out of you.

I have worked with Confluxsys as an independent part time contractor on project basis and I have always enjoyed the work and the time spent with the team members. 1. They are IAM domain experts, so you get good technology problems to solve. 2. You get to learn a lot as quite a few new technologies are being used by the solution. 3. The work is always challenging which keeps the workers motivated. 4. Good pay for employees and the contractors.

Nothing that I observed that I can describe as cons.
