      The salaries are relatively low compared to what other companies offer and the workload is too much. One person can work on Three different project. Remote work is frowned upon. Study leave is limited to only 7 days and if you have more modules then you have to take your annual leave. No days given to study.

      - A lot of free time - Can work from home

      Cons

      - No formal promotion structure, the boss chooses who ever he likes - No hierarchy structure, so the boss can directly speak with interns, can be scary at times. - Very low pay unless you negotiate, I ended up getting paid twice the amount - Culture depends on how boss feels
