Learn a lot, grow quickly - Campaign Manager COR Management Employee Review

When I was working at COR I absolutely loved it. The people on the team are all amazing and very friendly and out going. Everyone there is like a family. I'm still close to several of my old co-workers even though I left due to some personal problems. Everyone is caring and genuine and just want to help you grow into who ever and what ever you want to become. They really are always learning and growing. Every day was something new. Their training program is very fast pace and very informative. Its honestly sad to see people who never even got an offer to go work with them leaving such bad reviews because they think they know everything about this company and what they do when in reality they are ignorant in every way cause they have never been inside the walls of that office for more than an interview. I was only with them for a couple of months. But the opportunity's and values they gave me were substantial. All I can say is if you get that call or email to go in. Give them a chance its a great company and I was honored to be apart of it.

I have nothing negative to say about this company.

I see all these negative reviews from people who were never even offered a position within the company. Cor Management is an amazing place to work. Our team is so supportive and we offer a fast pace training program. We want to see the people we work with grow and develop, grow, and learn new skills. We are a ground up company so don't expect to walk into a management or leadership roll because it flat out will NOT happen. Any thing above entry level is earned and not just given. Yes there are sales involved but it is NOT cold calling and it is NOT door to door. It is INSIDE of local fortune 500 companies. Management actually cares about their employees.

I have been here for 7 months and I have absolutely no complaints about this company. Granted we are not perfect but we are improving every day.
