Wonderful and fun group of people to work with! Everyone works very hard and plays hard. -401k benefits -Flexibility -In work and outside of work company activities -Opportunities for advancement -Technicians have the ability to move up and get various IT Certifications -Monthly Birthday and Anniversary celebrations -Right next to the 405 freeway and Long Beach Airport -Although somewhat hard to find, company is located in a growing part of Long Beach -Employees work together well, are fun and always willing to help each other out

Cons

-Communication can always be improved -Processes need to be created, updated as needed and utilized by ALL across the board

We really appreciate our employees and appreciate you being honest regarding our areas of improvement. I agree, we DO need to work on our communication and consistency.
