Pros
Working as part of a great team, people always want to help out. Lots of learning opportunities - big on sharing info between departments. Great grad program. Flexible on location (office or remote) and very supportive of work life balance. Recent changes in management have been really positive for everyone working there
Cons
Sometimes pressure to get projects delivered Miss the social aspect when WFH but will be going to hybrid working soon
