Pros
The best reasons to work for this company is to gain some experience in a logistically company. The pay and benefits were average for full time employees unless you were on the executive board. Indoor cafeteria, nice building, decent co-workers were some of the good reasons to work for this company other than that there were no much added value,
Cons
Downsides are no job security, low morale, managers do not like to associate with lower levels, no one willing to provide challenging work. Other down sides are pay and benefits are about average if not dismal...work life balance is none as there were employees on weekend shifts.
