Pros
It has a great benefits plan and are very understanding about family situations. Also they are very serious about work schedules. They are committed to family, do various positive activities and don't ask often to work extra hours.
Cons
The way they handle information about important changes is not adequate. I felt that everyone outside the industry knew everything that was going to happen and employees did not.
