Pros
Ownership has consistently saw value in their employees and treated them fairly. Company provides many opportunities to educate and train staff. Promotion within viable to those who apply themselves.
Cons
Like many construction based company, CP suffers from not having enough talented employees. CP has a heavy workload and all to often it falls to some who may not be equipped to handle it or are too overwhelmed to handle it well. Work life balance is difficult to maintain
