Working in community, with residents. Access to resources depending on your relationship with upper management.

Cons

Unlimited workload. Susceptible to favoritism/discriminatory practices. Retaliation for sharing opinions on improving community relationships. Lack of recognition or reward. Poor pay/salaries. Retaliation for utilizing work/life balance opportunities. Opportunities given to "favorite" employees . Bureaucracy and hegemonic culture.

Family style environment; great support network; good benefits and pay; good work-life balance.

Cons

Nothing. I wish that they were still in operation, as they were absorbed by Enterprise Community Partners.
