      Pros

      The only reason for working here was to generate family income to pay bills until something better came along. Fortunately, a better opportunity opened up within two years

      Cons

      No concern on the part of management for work/life balance. The only excuse for not being "all-in" during month or quarter end would have been your own funeral. Not a place to be unless you commit to 24/7 availability.

      Pros

      You get a chance to help students learn, winter, spring and summer breaks to spend with family, and really good benefits.

      Cons

      It can be challenging work between balancing the paper work, parents, administration, the demands from society, dealing with outside factors that students are faced with and then your own life.
