Cons
Pay is one of the lowest in county, there is no set schedule so your days off are all over the place, CPS lacks a lot of structure. It claims to be the nations leader in pharmacy services provider but they treat their workers bad and they dont care about us. The turnover rate is so high in the colton, ca branch. i dont understand how the CEO has such a high approval rate. There are workers who would like to have more opportunities, for example the IV room, but management hires new people instead of moving up from within. Literally a slap in the face to the people who want to learn new things that have put in time here. Didn't even get paid hazard pay during the COVID-19 crisis, yet place like amazon are compensating their workers who aren't nearly interacting with potential risks like we do.
