Have been working there for about two years now and I can't wait to leave. - Recruiter CPSJOBS Employee Review

Pros

Maybe it wouldn't have been so bad if the salary was higher and if the management wasn't this disrespectful towards the employees. However, to those who wish to pursue a career in recruitment for the high-tech industry- after about a year or two here you will probably be able to get into the HR department of a high-tech company.

Cons

The salary is low, you don't get paid for working extra hours (though they expect you to..) and the management (the high management, to be precise) treats you with total disregard- manipulating you and trying to humiliate you and make you feel unworthy as a way of getting you to put in more effort. Moreover, the recruiters don't really try to help the candidates but rather prefer to offer the same lower paying jobs they are required to hire for, thinking about how to please the companies instead of how to help the candidates- it's understandable, seeing as how they are rewarded for doing exactly that, and still.. but then again- if you want to help people- you shouldn't be a recruiter.
