Pros

Decent pay, can work from home and it is legit, allows you to pick the time fram you want to work in, work isnt hard to do.

Cons

must be available during a 12 hour block, rotating schedule, short lunches, long days, management hard to get in touch with, especially when you need them, very anal management, extremely critical, they do not care about their employees or their customers.

Pros

Infomercial sales, call center. Good quick hire. Good if you rely on the base pay ONLY. Little else is positive about the company if you're in telephone sales.

Cons

Don't count on being paid the bonuses you've earned. They assume a magic sales script (ask callers to borrow their neighbor's credit card if need be). Right before they're to pay the bonuses you've earned they determine you're not selling well enough. They are not opposed to letting an entire department go on that basis, then they hire in a whole new shift and start the process all over again. They cycle through temp agencies. The closer you get to your bonus payout the more they find to be critical of. They enjoy all the sales you make all along, until it's time to pay you what they said they would. They let you go on thinking that you will get paid your bonuses, so you'll continue to make the sales. Then, at about 1 to 2 weeks prior to payout they inform you of new faults you had not been told of previously. I don't need to go on explaining what they do. They have the rhythm down and they know others are out there who are ignorant of the ploy. When they let whole shifts go it happens without warning. You realize that the department was full the night before but not the following night. It's because your co-workers can't get in the door. Their key card no longer works when swiped. That's their notice. They drive in expecting to work their shift then they can't get in the door. Nevertheless morale remains high because the turnover and sudden break in communications do not alert the rest of the department that they're about to get the axe sans their bonuses.
