Dumb & Dumber - Account Manager CQS Employee Review

Higher leadership is unable to inspire and lead. They resort to bullying and label it as management. They fill positions with young and inexperienced employees where in many cases their past working experience has nothing to do with the role. You can easily find your self being trained by an ex bar waiter with 3 months of experience Favoritism is king here where you will see people holding key positions whilst they are completely incompetent. Employees are treated poorly like slaves in a galley and they do not care at all. They are moving the goalposts when it suits them. Horrible place avoid at all costs
