Great support from management right from the managing director right down to the line, good commission if you sell without discount. Weekly pay, great prizes and incentives to achieve targets.
Cons
Overpriced product due to marketing overheads. Competitors products half the price and the same quality. You need to go self employed to make good money but in turn have to pay nearly £500 per month on a company car and no fuel allowance. Punished financially for not selling on the night. Dodgy leads count against your conversion rate which subsequently hurts your wages. Canvassers generate false leads to hit their targets which sales execs still have to go to which in turn hurts conversion rate and then wages. Have to work almost every weekend and late nights. No flexibility with appointment times. Complicated pricing structure.
