CR Smith interview questions

I had an initial 30 minute in person meeting with the Recruitment Manager, followed by another interview with the Head of marketing. I was asked to talk through my experience and was told a bit more about the role and company. After the interview, I sent a thank you email. I followed up week later but received no reply to either emails. I found it quite unprofessional to ghost a candidate who has taken the time to attend an in person interview.

Chaotic and poorly managed, happy to waste your time. Multiple interviews scheduled, interviewer was changed at last moment both times. Interviewer always seemed to need to be somewhere else during interviews, seemed more like a sales pitch to sell products than a meaningful attempt to find a suitable candidate. Had an in house recruiter and complained of a stagnant pool of candidates available which I found strange.
