Pay is above average for customer service reps. Quarterly bonuses when meeting you scorecard
Cons
Customer service reps constantly make mistakes, no ownership of their own calls. They have a metric on their scorecards; reps are encouraged to report others mistakes. The more mistakes you accumulate, the lower your scorecard. Very questionable metric. This actually transitions one of their biggest weakness, this dept feels like a high school. Individuals and cliques fight with each other. Everyone talks about everyone. Its like they never grew up. I was a customer service rep and manager for same and different lines of business, but this one is something else…and thats not a compliment.
