Management willing to hear you out but not do anything about it Unwilling to reprimand incompetent workers that bring the team down Poor communication with other departments No room to move upwards Raises are so minimal, your pay eventually levels with the people they hire after you You get ONE “bonus” and it’s money for a thanksgiving turkey and it’s taxed No compensation for anything.
