Favoritism is prevalent, affecting fairness in task distribution, recognition, and advancement opportunities. Constructive feedback is often overlooked in favor of punitive responses.

Pros

Pay is salary. You don't work more than 40 hours a week. Diverse daily work. Manage your own schedule.

Cons

Management needs work. High turnover rate. Not enough raises or opportunities for growth. No incentives for performance improvement. I don't feel that the company actually promotes or encourages their employees to be or live sustainably. Which is strange considering it's a Sustainability department.
