Lots of business steady wotk

Overpriced no benefits and underpaid

Co-workers were nice. It was close to home. Pay wasn't bad with benefits.

Management has a huge communication issue so turnover is high. Being bilingual, I could understand the managers speaking about employees behind their backs. Instructions on routine task would constantly change with management's mood. (which made things confusing and very inefficient) I was hoping to use more of my language skill but unfortunately it was not top priority.
