      Pros

      CREXi is the real deal. The culture is fast-paced but supportive, leadership actually listens, and wins—big or small—are celebrated. It’s rare to find a place where you’re challenged to grow and still have fun doing it. Easily the best team I’ve been a part of.

      Cons

      Things move fast, so if you’re not self-motivated or adaptable, it might be tough to keep up. As with any scaling company, a few internal processes are still evolving—but nothing that gets in the way of doing great work.
