some of the people you work with are good.

You show up, they are very un-organized! when you finally get to your assigned patrol vehicle, there is NO gas in it! you go to the gas station and wait anywhere from 30 min to 2 hours for them to fill you up, because they don't trust anyone with a gas code! They send you on multiple routes, alone, when most require 2 officers, and expect you to have all the lock ups done by 10 pm! And expect you to get all other work done by 4:30 am! One of the managers knows about cameras, but knows NOTHING about security work! Even though the other managers force you to do what this person says, even when those of us that have many years of experience know what he says will NOT work! They make you stay at certain post's without relief, even for a restroom break and tell you that you can't leave, and if you leave to use the restroom, you will be terminated for post abandonment! (I have done 16 hour + posts with NO BREAKS) When you have 1 bad day, they pull you in the office and belittle you like they are gods and you are trash! They threaten to "turn you in to BSIS" even though you have done NOTHING that would warrant those threats! They praise the incompetent and vilify the competent! Only when you turn in your resignation 2 week notice do they try to offer you a post that MIGHT work for you, but by that time you are so DONE with this company that you tell them to "(insert choice word here) OFF!"
