Worst Manager and Management of Mavilekarra Branch - Assistant Manager CSB Bank Employee Review

Management of this Mavilekarra branch is worst. Less number of staff compare to other banks. Makes us work like a robot and we come to bank @ 8.45 and logg out by 9Pm, sometime by 11 PM. Manager doesn't approve leave, even if our parent is in hospitalised or wife is in hospital for pregnancy or even we injured ourself, still he ask us to come to office and work. There is no snacks or tea, no break, continous work with one sitting. We young people are facing health issues like back pain, bp issue,etc. Message to people out there. Dont join in this bank or in this branch specially becoz u wont get time to spend time with ur family and u will take huge pressure, like loans, issurance, accounts, etc
