Pros
Impressive space to show off to colleagues and friends, great technology at your fingertips and IT personnel. Design quality is always held to high standards, even on a budget design is a thoughtful process. Co-workers are all pleasant to work with on a daily basis- no bad eggs. Fair to high work/life balance and almost every year there are bonuses.
Cons
Advancement in career or job title change is always a long, arduous process and almost always past due. The firm is top-heavy and raises are hard to come by. Employee certifications and other affiliations are looked highly upon but not always supported financially. Upper management lacks communication between themselves.
